Rock Climbing

We run a wide variety of rock climbing days and courses for different types of groups (large and small) throughout the year on single pitch crags in Yorkshire, Derbyshire (The Peak District) and Cumbria (The Lake District).

  • Family groups.
  • School groups on enrichment days.
  • Scout, guide and other youth groups.
  • GCSE PE rock climbing groups (sometimes 2 or 3 days at a time). We are an approved provider and are registered on Evolve in many areas of the country.
  • Climbers with experience on indoor walls who want to get experience and training in outdoor climbing.
  • Groups of adults.

Rock Climbing Sessions & Courses

We offer, half day, full day or multi-day sessions climbing and / or abseiling at outdoor crags, and shorter sessions (from 1 hour to 4 hours) on indoor climbing walls.

Example Price (2026): From £292 for a one day outdoor rock climbing for up to 8 people in Yorkshire or the Peak District. We can also book half days (3.5 hours contact time including walk in). In Yorkshire the cost will be from £239.

Maximum Group Size: 14 people.

We are a family of 5 ranging in age from 14 – 54 years old with virtually no climbing experience. Andy put together a great day of varied and challenging yet safe climbs that met all our needs. We learnt a lot and came away with happy memories of a good day out! Many thanks.

They are great guys and work well as a team. We had a lot of fun with them and they are both very capable climbing instructors.
