Open Gold Practice or Qualifying Expedition

This expedition can count as either a practice or a qualifying expedition.

On the afternoon of 28th we will meet up at 14:30 and go through a navigation and emergency procedures refresher and a kit check. You will also finish the planning of your expedition with the assistance of an instructor. On this expedition, the longest day will require walking around 19 km. You will need to bring your own food for the duration of the expedition and a meal for the first evening.

This price includes 4 nights camping fees, the use of a tent and stove/fuel and any personal kit (waterproofs, rucksack etc) that you need to borrow.

This expedition includes no training. It is designed for individuals who, for whatever reason, could not complete their practice or qualifying expeditions as planned (or who have been trained by us). We will need to see proof that you have received full expedition training.
