Our November newsletter covers two topics.
Cairngorm Walking Holiday 2016
Next summer we will be running our annual Vegetarian / Vegan walking holiday in the Cairngorms National Park. In previous years we have visited the Isle of Skye, Glencoe and the Lake District. This holiday will run between Saturday 18th and Saturday 25th of June. On our walking holidays we hire a cottage and staff the holiday with at least 2 Mountain Leaders who are knowledgeable of the local area and who are also great cooks as we take care of all the cooking. All meals provided are vegan with a menu designed to be both nutritionally balanced and tasty. You don't have to be vegan or even vegetarian to come along as all are welcome. The first two guests to book and pay a deposit can have this all inclusive holiday for the great price of £650 per person. If you miss out on this but book and pay a deposit before January 18 you can pay £699. After this the price goes up to £750.

Winter walking and winter skills courses
Lupine run a number of different winter walking activities.
We can take you and your friends on guided walking days where we simply kit you out with and ice axe and crampons and go for a walk. On the day there will be a degree of teaching different techniques for walking in snowy conditions and we can go deeper into other areas if you are interested. Private bookings such as this cost £150 + £20 per person per day. You can leave it all up to us or you can request that we attempt a specific hill by a specific route and cover specific areas of instruction. We can then even put your plan out to our 'winter' email list to see if others are interested in your plan and therefore reduce the cost per person. These activities can happen in North Wales, The Lake District, The Yorkshire Dales or Scotland.
We also run 3 day courses where you join with others to cover a wide range of skills in Glen Coe in Scotland on the dates advertised on our winter skills page.
Because 'winter' (by which I really mean snow) can come and go quite quickly in England and Wales we don't plan for set dates here. We have a special 'winter' email list that we email if it looks like an area will be in condition for a few days to see if anyone wants to get out for some skills instruction or a dramatic mountain walk in the snow.
To join our 'Winter' email list or for more detail on our courses please visit our winter skills web page.
