The Yorkshire 3 Peaks is a 12 hour, 24 mile challenge (with 5000ft of ascent) around the 3 peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales.
We are a not-for-proft co-operative of Mountain Leaders who can help. Every year we help groups of friends, colleagues and students around the route, usually to help them fulfil their fundraising aims. We work with groups of people as small as 4 to large groups over 100 strong. The 'time to beat' is 12 hours with most groups managing it between 10 and 13 hours so while the 12 hour time is a good guide it is not a pushover for everyone.
Most groups start and finish in Horton-in-Ribblesdale which makes a lot of sense but alternative (and less crowded) configurations are possible.
If you are interested in getting help with the safety and logistics of running such an event then please do get in touch via the contact details below.
