The Fan Dance

The Challenge: To get from Torpantau station in the Taf Fechan Forest to Storey Arms Centre on the A470 over the summit of Pen y Fan and back.

Distance: 24km

 

This challenge is made famous by the SAS as part of their selection process. They do it in 4 hours, we'd be impressed with anything under 6.
