Single pitch courses
We run single pitch courses in Yorkshire, Derbyshire and North Wales. These can be single day taster or experience sessions or more indepth training for those with a bit more experience looking to improve their skills or take the leap from the inside wall to the outdoors.
From our Yorkshire base in Leeds we can get out to grit or Limestone crags by heading north into the Yorkshire Dales or South down past Sheffield and into the Peak District. Both areas have a vast array of climbing for beginners, improvers and the experienced alike. We have been climbing in these areas for over 15 years and know which crags will probably suit you (and the weather) best depending on your location, experience and what you want to learn.
Multi-pitch and lead climbing courses
From our base in Llanberis in North Wales, in addition to single pitch climbing we are also able to run multi-pitch and lead climbing courses. The step up from single pitch to lead climbing and multi-pitch routes is a big one. There are a lot more technical skills and rope work that it is necessary to learn before you can carry it out safely. Our instructors can teach you the practical skills of gear placements, building belays, self rescue and more to help open up the world of multi-pitch leading to you.
