Rock Climbing Courses

Always wanted to try rock climbing? Looking for a safe and exciting introduction to the sport. Look no further.

We have the course to suit you.If there are a few of you we can run these courses as and when it is required. Below are a few dates that we have arranged.

Climbing Taster Days

Saturday 4 April 2009: Peak District, Derbyshire.

Saturday 16th May 2009: Lake District, Cunbria.

Monday 25th May 2009: Peak District, Derbyshire.

Saturday 6th June 2009: Lake District, Cumbria.

Saturday 13 June 2009: Snowdonia National Park, North Wales.

We will take you to a natural rock crag, set up the climbing ropes, equip you with helmet and harness and look after your safety whilst you climb. We will choose climbs that are suited to your ability and previous experience. Our qualified and experienced instructors will give you advice on movement skills and answer any questions you have. At the end of the day expect to be feel a little bit tired but buzzing from the experience.

Costs

£60 per person.

£110 for two people (£10 discount).

£155 for three people (£25 discount).

£200 for four people (£40 discount).

2 Day Wall to Rock Course

Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September 2008: Peak District, Derbyshire.

Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th April 2009: Snowdonia, North Wales.

Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April 2009: Lake District, Cumbria.

Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May 2009: Snowdonia, North Wales.

Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June 2009: Peak District, Derbyshire.

Experienced at climbing at an indoor wall? Wanting to take the next step and start climbing on rock? Need instruction on building belays, placing protection, trad grades, building a rack? Spend two days with one of our experienced climbing instructors and learn the skills you need to start climbing outdoors.

Costs

£120 per person.

£220 for two people (£20 discount).

£320 for three people (£40 discount).

£420 for four people (£60 discount).
