I was given these as a bad photocopy on my mountain leader training. It was suggested that it would be a good (fun) thing to do with youngsters when out on the hills. I don't know if 'the youth' find it fun but I think it is great. I don't know who (if anyone) owns the copyright (ask me to remove it and I will) but it needs reproducing, it really is that good. I think the weather forecasting flowchart really works (in the UK). Even it it doesn't it's a good few minutes of light relief that gets referred back to time and time again if you are out for a few days. I challenge you... Do the flow chart decide on where your are in the weather system then look at the synoptic chart when you get home. Never fails... well not often.
